EXAMINATION

The institution examinations will be held twice a year, Generally in June/July and in December/ January termed as Summer and Winter Examination respectively in the scheme.

DISTANCE EDUCATION

To help the student members in getting prepared for the various Examinations the AEMS has established the distance education programme. This suitable for students who are unable to attend the class at the study center or staying abroad, and students who cannot attend the regular lectures due to job constraint. For them we supply the printed course material and home assignments which they can prepare in their spare time and can appear for examination.

RECOGNITION

The AEMS is an autonomous institution. The course curriculum is recognised in the Industry and this is very helpful for students seeking job in MNC, Ltd, Pvt. Ltd, Public Ltd, and abroad, Gulf/Foreign countries where this Institute is highly appreciated. Moreover it is in process of recognitions from various Indian and Foreign universities and Ministry of Education, Government of India.

REGISTRATION

The students who satisfy the eligibility criteria can apply for registration. The registration from can be collected from the respective study center of AEMS

The registration fee for students in India for all class of members is Rs.4000/- which should be submitted along with the registration from. Registration fee for students staying abroad is US $200.

The AEMS reserves the right to reject any application which is not properly filled in & does not accompany the required fees, is not submitted within the stipulated time or for any other reason. The decision of the Secretary of the Institution in this respect shall be binding upon the applicant.

IDENTITY CARD

• After registration each member of the Institution shall be provided with an Identity Card.
• The Identity Card must be kept in personal custody of the member to prevent its misuse and has to be produced at the Examination hall as and when the member appears in an examination. No candidate shall be allowed to appear at an examination without production of this Identity Card.
• Revised Identity Card shall be issued to a member to effect any correction/alteration on surrender of Existing Card.
• In case of loss of the Identity card, the concerned member is required to inform Secretary and DUPLICATE IDENTITY CARD will be issue to him on payment of Rs. 100/- CENTERS OF EXAMINATION At present the Examination centers are

• i) Additions and deletions to this list may be made by the council from time to time which will be intimate to the students.
• ii) Though every endeavor will be made to permit an applicant to appear from an examinations center of his choice, the institution shall reserve the right to allot a center different from that of his/her choice without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
• iii) Request for a change of Examination center shall normally not be entertained.

EVALUATION

• i) Continuous Evaluation – 30% of the total marks
• ii) Term End Examination – 70% of the total marks

Continuous evaluation is done through assignments on monthly basis and it is done at the study center where the Students has enrolled himself. The students’ performance will be evaluated based on both continuous evaluation and term end examination by AEMS

PASSING MARKS

To pass the examination students has to score minimum 40% mark in each subject.
